Who else misses that iconic flashing red "MAIL" from the old CD website when you received a new message? I'm really enjoying the new site, but honestly, really miss that flashing red alert. Anyone else want to see it back on the page?

Well, well, well, just signed in on my laptop, and what do I see blinking red and bright? The iconic MAIL! symbol. I’m completely lost for words right now. Seriously, phenomenal job to the administration. You absolutely crushed it. I never saw that one coming!Well, well, well, just signed in on my laptop, and what do I see blinking red and bright? Margarita - you are correct that the NEW MAIL and NOTIFICATIONS shows a little black box with a number flashing. KINGS INBOX to MAIL is mostly dealt with the words NEW MAIL. Maybe...NEW MAIL & NOTIFICATIONS were a black font with white box and larger font than profile name to the right. Then when new the black font flashes in CD's red. The little black numbers don't have the 'UMPH' that KINGS eluding to. Hugs!Margarita - you are correct that the NEW MAIL and NOTIFICATIONS shows a little black box with a number flashing. In the original layout of CafeDesire, the top border featured “Inbox, Notifications, Forum, Profile etc. As just mentioned, it displayed the word "Inbox", but whenever you received a new message, it would change to "Mail!" with a quotation and blink in red.

The new layout, however, has a solid red border with white text—so ironically, it’s impossible to make "Mail!" blink red anymore.

I can’t speak for everyone, but for me, seeing that blinking "Mail!" when I logged in was pure euphoria. It brought a smile to my face and others I’m certain.

The Messages button is supposed to flash when there are new messages. Is that what you’re referring to, or was there something else you had in mind?
