Should ADMIN look at a new way to create a CD Group Chat that members will actually use?

Why invest when you’re right, there is not many members in chat!
We would think that it’s likely due to the chat program being so inadequate!

We totally agree!
You can see for yourself by clicking on ‘Members button’ and then click again….from one click to another it’s’ constantly changing as members are surfing other members.
The fact that they can’t/or don’t want to chat on the present Group Chat is likely due to a few things wrong with the chat program. Example… 4 members in the chat and you see the chat string while active. A new member comes in and all they see… is the 4 other members, but NO chat dialogue? So they leave!
And love to hear your ideas and I bet, you’ll instill/impart suggestions from members by sharing those ideas.

We launched this new version of CD about a year ago, March 26, 2025. I’m encouraged by the number of visits we get each day and the online numbers. But as the one site that is only about the GTA I’d like us to be a more important place in people’s minds when they are figuring out where to go for fun.
I have a few ideas but I am very open to suggestions about how we can be a better and more responsive place to visit.
