I say keep the polls anonymous if it yields greater participation and therefore hopefully better results. For example if you had poll asking if the male half was bi perhaps you would get a greater response if it was an anonymous poll. Some may not wish to have their polls known who wrote them. But we do think you/admin should monitor polls. Cheers

Polls are like voting. They should be private if you want a truer accounting to the question asked. The answers are like data. There is no reason to know who gave the yes or no to get a picture of how the community thinks.
