It isn't a clear cut answer, it all depends on the circumstances. We prefer to get to know people first to establish a connection but have been known to DTF in the past.

Situational for us! We never say DTF though. But many first meets ended up in the sheets!!!

As others have mentioned its not quite cut and dried. Prefer a meet first to determine some in person chemistry and if time has been arranged in advance then move right on to DTF. we started out as dtf but ended up in a couple situations we wished hadn't happened. there doesn't have to be the establishment of ongoing friendship, but if the spark isn't felt by everyone the clothes stay on.
